Ronald F. Webb
Ronald F. Webb is an Investment Representative in
the Southbury, Connecticut branch office of Edward Jones. Edward
Jones, the only major financial-services firm advising individual
investors exclusively, traces its roots to 1871 and currently serves
more than 6 million clients. The firm offers its clients a
variety of investments, including certificates of deposit, taxable and
non-taxable bonds, stocks and mutual funds.
The largest firm in the nation in terms of branch
offices, Edwards Jones currently has more than 9000 offices in the
United States and, through its affiliates, in Canada and the United
Kingdom.
Mr. Webb received a Bachelor’s of Business
Administration (BBA) in Industrial Management with a minor in
Engineering from Southern Arkansas University and a Masters of Business
Administration (MBA) from the University of New Haven. Ron
currently serves as a member of the Adjunct Faculty for Central
Connecticut State University, Post University, and Marist College.
Ron’s career began with TIMEX Corporation
working primarily in Arkansas, Connecticut, and California with limited
travel to England, Scotland, France, Germany and Switzerland.
Additional Industrial career steps included General Datacomm
Industries and Honeywell Corporation.
Prior to joining Edward Jones, Ron worked for
Central Connecticut State University as Director of the Manufacturing
Applications Center and the Human Resource Development Center.
Ron is a member of the Southbury Business
Association and currently serves on the Program Committee. He is
also immediate past President of the Woodbury-Southbury-Middlebury
Rotary Club, current Board member of the Greater Watertown Chamber of
Commerce, current Board Member of the Connecticut Trails Council
Girl Scouts, current Membership Chairman of the Nutmeg Chapter of
American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), and current
Education Director of the Tribury Chapter of Business Network
International (BNI).
Ron resides in Watertown with his wife, Pam. They
have 3 grown daughters – Nikki, Jan and Aryn- and has 2 grandsons
– Trevor and Collin.
